    This is mainly a utility site.  Service installers enter the details of work they have done.  Our task included the following:

    • Create pdf invoices from calculations according to the data entered.
    • Calculate the amount to pay the installers

    Custom form and data entry for intranet stock inventory system involving multiple content types in one form.

    Drupal 6 has a very versatile form API which is put to good use here creating a custom database and form system with email notifications and invoice printouts.

  • Services Revenue

    Complex online quoting system involving products and associated line items and discounts.

    Use Drupal form system to create a quoting system for sales services.  Includes custom interface with dompdf for PDF generation.

    The entire system is only available to registered users and is controlled by a permissions system to keep quotes confidential.

  • Cliff Owners

    A secure system for managing an apartment complex and for enabling apartment owners to communicate with maintenance and services.  Included functions for bill payment, purchasing services, maintenance and security. Created a graphic representation of apartment activity for single page monitoring of vacancy/occupation and services required.
